I was back in Ipoh since Friday night and the day before I came back I was rushing to pack my things especially my books, Gotta bring them back so that I do not have much to pack when I pindah rumah later lol. Anyway I have got 2 new flatmates and so now we have 4 ppl in the house. Since I came back. I have only met Hoi Wan and Ee Wan the rest of the ppl in IPoh has either disappeared from Ipoh or went to some other city. We met up in Mcdonalds and had a good chat. I will be going back on Friday and during these 3 days I have bought a total of 5 things. A handbag, shoes, 2 polo T and one T-shirt and one jacket. Yesterday was the last day of sales and its really sales even cheaper than GSS. The sales was until 70% off. Crocodile shirts only 20 ringgit. can't buy cause my mom was there with me :) Anyway its nice to slack I love the feeling. Missing you babes :)

For the attachment part, my Internal Liaison Officer is Miss Lai and I will start my project first in Tan Tock Seng Hospital with $400 per month together with Hui Min. Therefore, we have planned to go together every morning from AMK Mrt and reach there at 9 am. On weekdays I work from 9-6 pm and saturday 9-2.30 pm . Yes although its a project I still have to work on weekends. I guess they really want to utilize all the man power. The projetc will end on 30th November. Next, I will continue on with my Attachment with $400 per month at Toa Payoh polyclinic but this time I have to work around . Working hours on weekdays are from 9-5.30 pm and weekends are 9-2pm. Well its work and I get to work shorter hours. This will be my first experience working Can't wait to start work :) till then ..

finished pastient care and management 2 the whole paper was easy if you really study hard but mistakes are doomed to haunt you if you did it. And I did. was kinda sad cause I spent quite a lot of time studying for this module compared to others. Due to me being lazy to write down , I remembered and wrote down the wrong things. Lucky its not that fatal .. can still surive.. FInally tomorrow will be the end for my 3 weeks misery. DAr going for his friend's bday chalet and I'm left all alone in the house .. sian.. got to go dinner on my own and got to study all on my own.. It will be a long night before tomorrow morning comes

have not been blogging since my last 4 papers ended. MOnday was the only time I sat throughout the entire paper. It was Essentials for BUsiness Management and business makes you write non-stop. I was panicking when I knew I had 30minutes left to do the last essay question. DAmn scary . Today's paper was considered the toughest of all. I have to learnt 3 books and we were only given 5 topics out of 9 topics for essay and structured questions. overall It was ok but mistakes were made here and there. After 6 papers, My brain is truly very tired. Can;t wait for all the papers to end soon :)

yesterday and today's paper was not that good... hope that my final results will still be an A. Its not that I did not study for the papers. FOr Aseptic Dipensing he asked a lot of past year questions and it was my fault for not practicing it and he also asked questions wit answers not from the book.. how to score sia ?? today;s paper was unexpected from Dr henry Drug devlopment paper overall was still ok but a lot of points i missed out wonder whether he will penalise for it.. Next week all the hardcore modules .. Basic Pharmacology , Essentials of BusinesS MAnagement , Patient Care and Management 2 and Basic dispensing skills. My fear is for basic pharmaco and basic dispensing skills. Can; t afford to screw up. Found out i was posted to Toa Payoh polyclinic instead of AM polyclinic.. Now i gotta work alone sian.. hui min kena transferred even further Bukit Batok. so far

lol.. another paper finished my continuation of Principles of CLinical Trials. overall the paper was okie but for the essay questions she asked a lot of question parts that needs you to list not 5 but 7-8 answers.. That was real challenging. TOmorrow I still have another paper.. I wish I can have a real good rest without worrying about next day's events but I just can't afford to do that.. one paper down. I'm done with Pharmacy Management.. essential for those ppl who are going retail pharmacy for attachment. TOmorrow's paper CLinical Research Management .. some questions the answer cannot be found in the book so frustrating lah but overall the paper was ok.. miss yong's tips whatever you study confirm will come out i love her so much :)

wahaha I officially know where I am going for my attachment. first 3 months I will be going to Tan Tock Seng Hospital and 3 months later I will be probably attached to AM polyclinic for my final year project. Both locations , Hui Min will be accompanying me. Feel so blessed that we are the only pair that is going to the same places together because both of use live in AMK besides Wan Xin who is going to National CAncer center Under CLinical Trials Unit.

Currently, feeling very scared , paranoia of myself not able to finish all the modules. Its just impossible to be able to finish 8 modules in 1 weeks time .. ITs even a crazy idea to start with. I hope I can endure and comfort myself ..telling myself I have done my best.

i feel so stressed up now .. PWJ study slower lol.. omg.. i'm like so slow .. I haven;t even finish one subject. but I know how to console myself knowing that there are other ppl in my class who are fighting with me in this exam.. Worst exam ever Jia you everyone

today is my last day of school and i went to school for 1 hour, drug developement review he gave very useful tips which he could give that for basic pharmaco. Went to K-box with wan xin from 11-2.10 pm and went to school after that, Today was skeltering hot .. the weather was terrible. Went to jalan kayu and had my $7.00 mushroom cheese prata.. dar wants to make me fat boohoo.. I have been trying to study and I'm freaked out by how much I need to study . I have 8 subjects for my exams and all are damn hard.. Why did my school impose such heavy modules and core modules.. I hope I can pull it through like what I did for the past few semesters.

okie today was SCL's national day celebration..besides having fun and games we were also treated with refreshment. I had 5 good news and bad news to complement each other.

Overall satisfaction level still can't get over it that I can't go to HK but oh well might as well stay back in SG and do my attachment here as a pharmacy technician in hospitals..to gain more experience. Rush Hour 3 was fantastic and funny its worth watching if you feel relaxed or you ant a good laugh go ahead and watch it, its good :)

Now for the serious part my study marathon will start very soon to prepare for m y 8 subjects to be tested in the exams on the 20th august. It will last for 2 weeks.. till then:)

okie.. this is my last project of the year..so so happy. I never sold myself in terms of my strengths during my com skills interview. Thats because my lecturer never ask what are my strengths so I have to basically inject some of it into my interview session which i minimize to a limit. But everything was fine and smooth sailing. My friend interviewed me as well by asking 2 questions from the book. I guess it's a better choice for me to stay and listen as the other side of the party and realise other ppl's mistakes.

Before that, we had Dr lee who gave us a talk on entrepreneurship. We had our tutorials after that and I was the only one who did my research on the 1st question and ended up presenting it to the class. I presented on CHris Gardner after watching Pursuit of Happyness...it;s a nice movie peeps.. And I got an A for the EBM report so good.. everything's going well except my practical tests compared to others .. Sian.. tomorrow will be my last test DD at 9 am and celebrations for national day .. meeting up with our mentor as well she wants to give us tips on how to study well :)

Finally the end of my practical tests and what an end..it was horrendous, as usual i screwed up again I forgot to bring my watch and I ended up spending 20 minutes doing the precscription errors instead of concentrating the back paper which totals up to 40 marks.. all my fault.. my prac sucks.. it has been proven after all the prac tests I have gone through. My counselling was a bit screwed because instead of saying night time use i asked the lecturer to use in the morning, OM and ON.. sigh.. and i couldn't link the 3 drugs together and and I used GI.. then she asked me what is GI.. OMG.. sian.. then the written test was negative marking if u give the wrong answer they will minus your marks... and so far i got one mistake.. .. Amoxycillin.. capsules.. i put tablets.. what else ah.. ooh and the stupid piriton no time to check that it was anitihistamine so i forgot to put the cautionary label.. there goes my mark.. tomorrow I have com skills test.. interview wish me good luck :)

sigh yesterday had my aseptic dispensing at 8.30 pm. Was a bit flabbergasted at the way he asked me questions. NOt that his questions were difficult to answer but I just couldn't answer and apply the techniques correctly. Instead of opening the new packages and tapping the bubble out in the working zone i did it all in the dirty zone... SO sian.. My practical sucks.. it will always pull me down.. so sad .. boohoo.. and today I will have my last presentation of the semester Pharmacy Management and last night class for the semester as well Basic Pharmacology :) then next week will be a battle week. Three days straight of tests. BDS prac test for presecription, COm skills individual job interview and followed by DD test on wednesday.

had my communication skills 2 test today. It was a 2 hour test and the lecture hall was so cold. Practically shivering while doing the test. There were some sections in the test that I was stumped for a while for example .. they ask you to convert it into a dynamic CCA experience for 2 marks each. HOw do you convert (I collect payment at the counter) ? hmm was a bit traumatized unable to make it a dynamic sentence...

We were also asked to write a cover letter applying for the post of Product EXecutive - Life science division . That section alone is 40 marks.. sian.. overall the paper was alright to me ..

Had night class again this time for basic pharmacology on oncology drugs.. Mr peter yap took up 2 hours to deliver this lecture with 4 lecture notes ... was excessively restless after it .. more projects to do ..Presenting CRM this friday and EBM & PM next week.. not forgetting phlebotomy test. Grace is here in SG finally will meet her when I'm free ba :)

Just finished my pharmaco test, to me it was sucky cause I screwed up my SAQ section.. HOpe I can get A anyway.. I blame it all on my flu.. It caused me to have a heavy head and for that reason I can't think properly.. I have 4 hours break now until 7 pm for my pharmaco tutorial .. tomorrow HP book coming out so happy :) One year anniversary coming up soon as well...

my skin is starting to peel already from my sunburnt skin. I have gotten back all my results for common test , quite satisfied except for one subject didn't expect to get such a grade.. so must buck up.. Today we will be having phlebotomoy class = take blood... luckily its a theory exam unlike the CPR test we had a few months back we had to do it on the dummy. ALthough there is a dummy for us to draw blood we are only tested on the theory part no practical.. NAPFA test is today as well I'm still contemplating whether I should go or not. These few days I am not gettin enough sleep and I can't concentrate on finishing what I have studied for BAsic Pharmaco. I feel like skipping the first trial and going fo the 2nd one. I will stay at home, rest and continue studying again. LOL.. studies... :(

yo , back from Pulau UBin, it was fun fun and loads of fun , thanks cal and bad news is that i got sunburnt again ..gah. I just got back my skin tone a few weeks ago from the A-team camp.
Ate breakfast at Mc D with dar and must thank dar for accompanying me all the way to Tanah Merah MRT :) muaxs.. anyways met Ivy Ong at the MRT station and took bus 2 to the Changi POint ferry terminal. We assembled and had our names taken down, got our goodie bags and head of to Pulau UBin with a bumboat.

Once we reached there , we played some ice-breaking games, do u like ur neighbour ?, 50 cents coin and name wave.. THey were seriously nice games to break the ice :). We took our rented bikes and had our lunch. Then we were off to play Kampung games around UBIN.. We took such a long time to find our guide. and we lost our way ..over shot the place. We managed to complete 5 out of 7 stations.

Played hop-scotch, pick up sticks, 5 stones, throwing marbles, zero point, AEIOU.. really bring back memories trying to show off that you are an expert in playing those childhood games. Overall I bought 6 bottles of water and managed to finish 5 of it. It was tiring to puch the bike uphill and controlling the bike when I go downhill..

I was bitten by fire ants while I was standing at the road side. It attacked my whole body and I managed to get rid of them before they cause me any more harm. It really is painful. Next, we had seafood dinner, it was the most scrumptious dinner i ever had. We had fish, cereal prawns, kailan, oyster omelette, tauhu, sweet and sour pork and fried squid. Very nice :) woohoo.. went back to mainland at 7 pm and dar again was so sweet he waited for me again :) muaxs.. and we went home feeling very lethargic, lucky for me , no school ..

Its the weekends and I can finally rest from the continuous 2 weeks of torture .. 3 days in a row night classes until 9 pm and wake up at 9 am on the following day. All I do after I come home , is mostly lie on my bed and I will wake up tomorrow .. lol..

Anyway , I have NAPFA test and Basic Pharmaco test on Wednesday and Friday. IN SG , everyone has to take the fitness test and is especially important for the guys who are going NS because if they get silver or gold they do not need to retain for 2 months in NS. WE have components such as 2.4 km run , standing broad jump, blah blah ... sigh.. and I have not been training at all been busy with projects and homework.

PLayed badminton today with SOon aik , ivy ong, jackson and dar until 3 pm. and tomorrow I'm going for the Pulau Ubin trip , to play traditional games and eat seafood at the secluded island.. LOL.. hope I will enjoy myself and be able to take away the stress I'm facing currently..

SOmeone gave me hope that I may have good results for the common test I took 2 weeks ago. I was hoping that what he said will come true. BUt so far I have to wait until Tuesday to know about it and also before National DAy parade...

field trip was alright , had the experience to view what it is like in a clinical trial research unit. after that, we went to the pharmacy and it was crowded with ppl , and we can really see ppl counting tablets and packing prescriptions. Can;t imagine me doing that soon in a few months more.:) had classes till 9 pm today tomorrow also the same... so.. i have to endure le :)

Out of 6 projects, I have finally completed one , presented it on Friday afternoon and we were late for about 10 minutes due to some unforseen circumstances.. LOL..

But it was great being able to be the first group to present for Drug dDevelopment about finding inhibitors for SARS. Overall Dr Henry did not comment much. All he said was just well done and thats it which he practically says it all the time. DAr had a chance to see his marks , I'm not able to see so feel kinda frustrated knowing how i performed. But he said, the whole class for presentation the least was B+ and for individuals it was B. NOt bad .. overall you will get a B+ i think. And he comforted us by saying our class did very well for DD in common tests. So not bad..

Supposed to have Basic Pharmaco after the 3 presentations but since we were running late we postponed it till 6 pm - 7pm and continued by Pharmacy Management from 7-9pm.
During the break around 3 hours we discussed about the Clinical research management project. It was sucky.. we had no directions on what to do.. we were a bit lost because we were supposed to come out with a protocol on how to test OA 88 in a clinical trial Phase 3 development.. NO ideas.. :(. BUt soon after that , we ordered pizza yes.. $19.90 for 2 regular pizzas from Pizza HUT.. love to eat that more often but was not filling for me cause each of us are only given 2 pieces :(.. Went for classes after that and came back all tired.

Next week , continously TUesday , wednesday and thursday I start school at 9 am and end at 9 pm. HOw tiring is that man :( NOt bothered about it ... HOpe i can survive thats all :)

well, after common tests I still have school to attend. This week I have a busy and tight-ass schedule 3 night classes until 9 pm and I am darn tired after experiencing one today. We had so many breaks in between until we do not know how to spend it knowing that projects are piling up everyday. We went to Orchard in the afternoon , with me ending up buying clothes again and then in the evening , went to Yishun to shop again and came back to school to attend lectures.

Today was the first day for the Graduation ceremony and also SCL's graduation. Tomorrow it will be my turn to become a stage girl for SEG (M) graduation ceremony. Feeling real tired now. Can't wait to watch Harry Potter on the 16th July with most of my classmates. And also HP book.. woohoo.. for the time being just want to wish Michelle the best for her op :) hope everything goes alright and she will get well soon :)

Basically it was the last day of common test. Finally an end to my misery by studying 8 subjects non-stop for 5 days, triple kill from MOnday -wednesday with 2 papers each. It was also Miss Ang , our class mentor's farewell. She planned everything from the venue to the food itself. We were supposed to bbq but it started raining, no choice but to cook in Dr Henry's apartment instead. Took the chance to explore his house. Bigger and more comfortable than mine. :( Had a great time le , spending time talking to my classmates and also with the other lecturers. It was a way to destress ourselves. Everyone was very tired due to the lacking of sleep. I'm affected too. Very tired ..

decided to change to a new blog cause friendster's service not that good. Just want to type about how i did for my past papers. The rest of the papers were ok but crossing my fingers hoping that i can get an A for it. STudied so hard for the first 2 papers and it kinda disappointed me so I;m hoping that these other papers that I sat for will not disappoint me. 6 down 2 more to go :) so happy :)
